On March 16th I’ll be participating in the 22nd annual Big Climb with my fellow masochists from CrossFit Eastside. We will race up the 1,311 steps of the Columbia Center — the tallest building in Washington.

The climb benefits the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. If you’re in the mood to donate, you can do so here.
